We want to ensure that your online shopping experience at letellierbikes.com is enjoyable. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please email Customer Service at info@letellierbikes.com within 30 days of product delivery.
Our Customer Service will provide you with an authorization number and will send you, by email, a prepaid return label to be affixed to the shipping box to return your product.
- It must be new, unused, and in its original condition.
- It must be returned in its original packaging.
- All components of the returned product must be returned with the product in question.
- Any bonus or gift given in consideration of the total order must accompany the returned product, if the terms that gave the right to receive the bonus or gift that are no longer satisfied.
- Only items purchased from Letellier bikes can be returned for refund.
We will be happy to reimburse the amount of your purchase, or exchange without charge, except for all shipping costs (including the initial fee), following confirmation of return to our distribution centre, verification of the returned product, and approval of reimbursement issued by CHM Sport Inc. Shipping costs (or other applicable fees) will be borne by the client. Dealing with the return and refund may take up to fifteen (15) working days. All refunds will be made according to the method of payment used at the time of purchase. No products purchased through an intermediary of www.letellierbikes.com are permitted to be returned to CHM Sport Inc. To the extent permitted by applicable laws, CHM Sport Inc. reserves at all times the right to limit or refuse the return of a product for any reason.
Letellier bikes offers a limited warranty consisting of five (5) years warranty for the frame and fork, two (2) years for the seatpost, and one (1) year for the paint finish and decal.
Letellier bikes is synonymous with quality, durability, and manoeuvrability. We offer a very functional design; the manufacture and finish are of superior quality providing exceptional results all round. Therefore, you get the peace of mind of having a product designed to last.

This agreement establishes the coverage you receive, and the terms and conditions of entering into this agreement.
The warranty applies to the original purchaser only.
This warranty covers only manufacturing defects in the carbon frame, fork, and seatpost of the brand Letellier bikes . All other parts and components are excluded from this warranty. Components other than those branded Letellier bikes are not covered by this warranty, but are covered separately by the warranty provided by the manufacturer.
The warranty exclusively covers Letellier bikes products purchased new via our online shop: letellierbikes.com.
- Frame and fork — five (5) years.
- Seatpost — two (2) years.
- Paint and decal — one (1) year.
There is no extension of the warranty period, in case of repair or replacement of the frame, fork, and seatpost (original parts).
Parts, components, and the following conditions are excluded from the warranty or constitute warranty exclusion factors:
- Components and parts that are not branded Letellier bikes .
- Misuse or incorrect transportation.
- Improper or negligent maintenance.
- Damage due to lack of adjustment or maladjustment.
- Normal or abnormal wear.
- Damage caused by weather.
- Damage caused by servicing or cleaning products.
- Damage caused by high-pressure cleaning.
- All modifications, technical or mechanical, made to the bike without the approval of Letellier bikes.
- Damage caused by repair or modification with noncompatible parts.
- Damage caused by improper repair.
- Indirect damage.
- Damage resulting from a fall.
- Damage due to road hazards.
- Scratched or peeling paint.
- Damage incurred during rental or commercial use.
- Damage incurred during an accident.
- Damage caused by misuse of the bicycle.
- Overloading.
Letellier bikes reserves the right to repair or replace damaged parts covered by the warranty with parts and/or equivalent components at its discretion. Components may be from another model and/or a different colour. Replacement or repair does not extend the original warranty. However, since there is a delay in completing the repair, we will extend the original warranty by this period of time.
The warranty is exclusive and in lieu of all other written, oral, or implied warranties of quality and performance. All other warranties, including any implied warranty of purchase or adaptation for a particular purpose are denied. In no event can Letellier bikes be held responsible for any particular direct, incidental, or consequential damage, legal or exemplary; in this contract, tort, strict liability, or otherwise, includes but is not limited to, loss of property other than this product, loss of use of said product or other property, or any other economic losses. Letellier bikes is not liable for contribution or compensation, whatever the cause of damage.
Replacement in case of accident “Crash Replacement“ is a voluntary protection offered by Letellier bikes and applicable for a period of five (5) years from the date of purchase to the original purchaser. This protection gives you the opportunity to replace your Letellier bikes frame once and benefit from a 40% discount on the official prices listed in the catalogue. This includes new warranty conditions for replacement coverage. We would like to inform you that this warranty is applicable following an accident occurring during normal and intended use of the bicycle.
Crash Replacement only applies in case of breakages due to accidents and does not apply to normal or abnormal wear, cracks, deformation, or other causes. Letellier bikes reserves the right to refuse replacement.
Crash Replacement following an accident only covers the Letellier bikes branded frame, fork, and seatpost, and does not apply to other branded components. The client will bear all shipping costs. Present or future nullity of any of these Terms or the occurrence of a gap does not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. It has agreed to replace any ineffective or missing provisions approaching the best situation of the original intent.
